Mar. 16th, 2011 04:07 pmA client put a book in a FedEx envelope to us, and didn't seal it well enough. The envelope got to us, but it was empty.
They were looking at a few hundred dollars of lost book replacements fees until today, when my guy went to pay for the book at the library it was borrowed from. He discovered that the book was somehow checked back in. He then went to shelf-check, and - it really was there!
